The Pakistan Chamber of Commerce in Korea (PCCK) has received final approval from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the competent authority, for the amendment of the Chamber's Articles of Association. The outline and key amendments are hereby announced as follows:
1. Overview of Approval for Amendment of Articles of Association

2. Key Amendments to the Articles of Association
Article 1: Clarification of Business Objectives (Article 4)
- Joint marketing and market development → Joint marketing and market development projects
- Education and consulting → Education and consulting projects
Article 2: New Provision for Annual Fee Exemption (Regarding Finance)
Formalized the regulation for exemption of fees for unpaid administrative staff.
"However, executive members of the General Operations Committee Secretariat (Chairman, Secretary General, Chief Secretary, Head of Public Relations, Head of Business and Education) shall be exempt from annual fees for performing general administrative duties of this Chamber on an unpaid basis."
Article 3: Itemization of Income Sources
- Explicitly added 'donations' and 'other income' to the Chamber's income items to enhance financial transparency.
