Joining hands with Islamabad, the heart of Pakistan, opens new horizons for bilateral cooperation.
The Pakistan Chamber of Commerce in Korea (PCCK), a non-profit organization, is accelerating the establishment of a key network with local Pakistanis. PCCK Vice Presidents Taj Zein and Mustafa, along with other visiting Pakistani branch executives, made an official visit to Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, on February 27th.
On this day, the PCCK delegation met with the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and other key executives of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to foster joint development between the two organizations. The luncheon following the signing ceremony provided constructive discussions on ways to further promote mutual exchange and cooperation between the two countries.
A Promise for the Future: Strengthening Mutual Visits and Exchange Cooperation
This meeting went beyond a simple agreement signing and became a platform for promising ongoing, substantive exchanges. The Chairman of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry expressed a strong desire to visit South Korea with his executive team in 2022 and meet with then-PCCK Chairman Lee Jang-hee to exchange in-depth views on specific cooperation plans between the two organizations.
This is a positive sign that the partnerships established by PCCK will not be a one-time event, but will be strengthened through ongoing communication among senior leadership.
Building on its partnership with Islamabad, the capital and administrative center of Pakistan, PCCK will continue to build a robust support system for our member companies to successfully conduct business locally.
